STEP Inc (Support, Train & Empower People) is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization in the US dedicated to alleviating poverty and building resilient communities in Pakistan. We implement sustainable programs focusing on education, food security, environmental initiatives, microfinance, affordable healthcare, and emergency aid. We are seeking a Communications Associate to help amplify our mission and impact. This is a great opportunity to build your portfolio, gain real-world experience in nonprofit communications, and make a meaningful difference.

If you are passionate about storytelling, and you’re very good at designing posters and managing digital media communications STEP needs you.

What You’ll Do

• Design visually compelling posters and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Manage STEP’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling engaging posts.
• Assist in crafting compelling content for newsletters, blogs, and campaign updates.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement communication strategies.
